Q.
The remote control does not work.

A.
Firstly check the batteries in the remote. Are there any other sensors, other than those on the projector, which could be interfering with the signal? Is there anything stopping the signal being received by the projectors receivers (the black opaque panels on the projector)? Also check the distance the signal is being sent. The normal operating distance is 5 metres, but remember the weaker the batteries the lower the distance.

Q.
How do I know if the lamp needs replacing?

A.
The lamp will need replacing if the image has become very dim over a long period of time, it does not work, or it has reached it predicted life expectancy. The hours of usage can be found within the projectors menu system.
